Fall 2024 South Carolina Event

Members of The Order of Fire’s First Men group traveled to a beautiful farm in South Carolina for a Lord of the Earth-themed event.

The Lord of the Earth perpetuates human life, prosperity and order by contending with the realities of the natural world and living as a human animal.

It was a wholly positive weekend, and so many of the men were inspired that a few left with dreams of family and farming. We milked goats, harvested some roosters, and some of the guys put on beekeeper’s suits and checked out the hives. We also had some striking and grappling workshops.

We ended the day with our Fire Ritual, meant to create meaning and order in a chaotic world — and our own lives. Cigars were smoked, whiskey was sipped, and a good time was had by all.
